Aren't the nectarines so yummy right now? Looks like Ava is enjoying them. My hubby isn't much of a curry fan either but he loves this soup. The red curry tastes much different than green or yellow and he was super excited I cooked some up. Maybe your hubby will try it. Does he like spicy things?
